TERRE HAUTE, Indiana (DLC Media) - A Terre Haute man being tried for murder has been found guilty. Richard Sandlin was convicted of murder after shooting Donald Riley Jr. multiple times. The murder occurred in September when witnesses stated that they heard Riley and Sandlin arguing. Sandlin then shot Riley killing him._x000D_ _x000D_ The judge in this case decided that the case should be upgraded to an aggravated sentence. This decision comes after it was discovered that Sandlin had a history including 10 felonies and 15 misdemeanors throughout five states.
