Tuesday morning, July 15th, officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Oak Drive and Harrison Street for a report of a suspicious person.
At around 07:48 a.m., Officer Derifield located Michael Howard in the area and, while speaking with him, determined he had an outstanding warrant in Noble County.
Howard was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for the warrant out of Noble County.
