Sexual abuse charges result in the arrest of a North Judson man.
Sammy D. Bottorff, 31, was taken into custody by deputies with the Starke County Sheriff’s Department.
Bottorff was identified as a suspect in an investigation related to sexual abuse of a child. The arrest comes after several months of investigation by detectives with the sheriff’s department. Formal charges were filed against Bottorff by the Starke County Prosecutors Office.
Bottorff has been charged with three counts of Child Molesting a Level 1 Felony, and three counts of Incest a Level 4 Felony. No further details were made available due to minor victims being involved.
