On Monday, October 27th, detectives and officers with the Washington Police Department entered into an investigation into sexual related allegations against 34-year-old Carlos Rivera Del Valle of Washington.
As the investigation progressed, Del Valle was located by authorities and was arrested without incident.
The Daviess County Prosecutor's Office has preliminarily charged him with 9 counts of Child Molestation and 2 counts of Rape. Del Valle was booked into the Daviess County Detention Center in Washington and was being held there pending bond.
The Daviess County Department of Child Services, Southwestern Indiana Child Advocacy Center, and the Washington Police Crime Services Investigation (CSI) unit also assisted in the case.
