A southwestern Indiana man is in custody after an investigation into allegations of juvenile domestic violence. 34 year old Caleb Bays of Shelburn was arrested without incident this week by the Sullivan County Sheriffs Department after a warrant was issued by the Sullivan County Prosecutor's Office. The warrant stemmed from an Indiana State Police investigation into the alledged incidents in May of 2024. Bays has been preliminarily charged with 2 counts of Domestic Battery of a Person less than 14 years of age. He was being held in the Sullivan County Jail on $16,000 bond.
