The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has provided new details regarding a serious injury accident Thursday in the southern part of Shelby County.
Jeff Bell, age 52, of Connersville, Indiana, was driving a 2025 Kenworth. He slowed to make a turn onto County Road 200 West when he was struck in the rear by David Stuth, 54, of Bloomington, Ind., who was driving a 2022 Ford box truck.
Bell was uninjured in the accident.
A passenger in the box truck, David Null, 20, of Bloomington, was flown to Indianapolis by helicopter with unknown injuries.
Stuth was transported to Indianapolis by ambulance with unknown injuries.
