Saint Joseph Health System is excited to host a surgical robot experience to showcase new technologies, including our new robotic-assisted bronchoscopy which detects lung cancer in its earliest stages. "Advancements in robotic technology are revolutionizing the way we diagnose and treat lung cancer, offering patients a faster, safer, and more accurate diagnostic process," says Dr. Donald Westerhausen, Pulmonary Disease Specialist at Saint Joseph Health System.
The 56-foot-long expandable trailer provides attendees with an opportunity to experience hands-on interactions with multiple surgical robots, learn about cutting-edge technologies and receive complimentary health screenings. The event will feature a state-of-the-art mobile unit equipped with immersive educational tools, virtual reality experiences, and interactive exhibits designed to inform and inspire.

"The new robotic bronchoscopy robot at Saint Joseph Health System that is featured in this display combines cutting-edge technology with compassionate care, allowing us to enhance precision while ensuring that every patient feels supported and understood in their healing journey."
