A Rosedale man has found himself on the wrong side of the law following an investigation by several agencies, including the Rockville Police Department.
Andrew Thom, 20, Rosedale, was arrested and faces 20 felony charges after an investigation by the Rockville Police Department, Parke County Sheriff's Office, Vigo County Sheriff's Office, Terre Haute Police Department, West Terre Haute Police Department, Vigo County High Tech Crimes Unit and the Indiana State Police. The investigation centered around the dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material.
The invesigation resulted in Thom being charged with 10 counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, a Level 4 felony, and 10 charges of Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material, a Level 3 felony.
According to the Rockville Police Department, the investigation remains ongoing and additional charges may be filed pending the completion of forensic exams and review by the Parke County Prosecutor's Office.
