A Rockville man found himself behind bars after an investigation by the Rockville Police Department and the Parke County Sheriff’s Office.
According to police, Jason Eberhart, 54, Rockville, disseminated matter harmful to minors on the social media platform Nextdoor.
Eberhart was booked into the Parke County Jail on two counts of Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors, a Level 6 Felony.
This investigation was conducted by the Rockville Police Department, an affiliated member of the Indiana Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. The Indiana ICAC Task Force is a multi-agency task force led by the Indiana State Police that investigates and prosecutes individuals who use the internet to sexually exploit or entice children.
