Rochester Mayor Trent Odell announced in a Tuesday visit to the GIANT fm mobile studio at the Fulton County Fair that a proposed housing development is coming closer to reality.
However, that may not be the only type of residential space becoming available. Apartments, it appears, are on the way, as well.
Also, a new hotel remains a target for the city. The talks continue.
The mayor adds that it’s not simply a new structure like a hotel or apartments that are anticipated. There’s the impact of what may join them and how it can motivate current property owners to enhance what’s already there.
