The former Harry Lees Restaurant location at Red Hills State Park in Lawrence County will soon reopen.
The location has been taken over by Michelle Brooks, who also owns HV Foods and Spirits in Olney. She told GIANT-FM News that the site on the south side of the park on U.S. 50 just east of Sumner is currently under renovation and if all goes well, is scheduled to open around October 6th.
It will feature steaks, burgers and some seafood along with a salad bar and has a liquor license for those that enjoy an adult beverage with their food. Additional menu items will be announced in the future.
The new name will be HV Food and Spirits Lakeside due to its close proximity to the scenic lake at the park and will be open seven days a week. Opening hours have not been determined.
