The Red Hill Unit 10 Board of Education met in special session late Wednesday afternoon at the district office in Bridgeport.
They did approve Amy Ryan as the Red Hill Junior High Girls Head Track Coach. It was also moved to purchase 2 pre-owned 2017 buses from Hamilton County for around $56,000. Those buses will be replacements and be used mostly for trips. They are expected to arrive in late March or early April. There was also discussion of several building maintenence projects that need to be prioritized.
The Building and Grounds Committee is to meet with the firm ENCIE for information on some projects and they are also scheduled to head to Flora to look at how HVAC upgrades were done to Conley Gym as they look at the same sort of work to be done on the RHJSHS South Gym in the future.
