The Marshall County Property Tax Assessment Board of Appeals (PTABA) will meet on Thursday, August 21st at 9 a.m. The meeting is on the second floor of the County Building in room 203.
The appeal hearings are scheduled 30 days in advance. The hearings are for individuals who have filed an appeal and have either not reached an agreement in the preliminary informal meetings with an appraiser in the office or have not participated in the process up to this point. There are usually 4 and 6 meetings per year to finalize appeals.
An executive session may be set for a later date to discuss any confidential information.
