On September 3, Kokomo Police responded to Shoe Carnival located at 2148 Boulevard E. Boulevard on a report of a theft.
The complainant reported a female came inside the store and stole a pair of shoes. The complainant also advised the same female entered the store on August 28, and stole a pair of shoes. A store surveillance camera captured the person of interest leaving the business. She is described as a white female, possibly in her late 20's, with dark hair.
Kokomo Police is asking if anyone has information on the identity of the female, to contact 765-456-7017.
