An 18-year-old Plymouth teen is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
On Wednesday, March 6, at approximately 5:15 in the afternoon, Plymouth Police responded to 409 North Walnut Street for a medical call.
It was discovered during the call that the resident, Glenn Manns, was home and had outstanding Felony Warrants.
Glenn Manns was transported to the Emergency Room at Saint Joseph Hospital in Plymouth for medical clearance and then transported to Marshall County Jail.
Manns was booked for three active warrants including burglary as a level 5 felony, theft of an automobile as a level 6 felony, operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a class A misdemeanor, and battery as a class B misdemeanor.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
