Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 520 West Jefferson Street for loud dirt bikes making a lot of noise at 6:45 p.m. Sunday, October 20th.
When city officers arrived at the address, they located a male party, later identified as Ronni Javier-Bohorqez, 19, of the Jefferson Street address riding down the roadway on a dirt bike.
Officer Fisher conducted a traffic stop and determined that Javier-Bohorquez had never had a driver's license. He also discovered that the bike hadn’t been registered, and there was no insurance on the bike.
He was placed under arrest for the charge of operator never licensed and transported to Marshall County Jail. Javier-Bohorquez was booked in for operator never licensed and given a court date and bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
