The City of Plymouth Redevelopment Commission will gather today, Tuesday, March 17, at 5:30 p.m. to discuss ongoing local developments and hear annual reports from county organizations.
A primary focus of the evening's agenda will be a project update on the Water Street Townhomes, which falls under the TIF #8 Water Street Allocation Area.
In addition to the townhomes project, the commission will hear a pair of informational presentations under "Other Business." The board is scheduled to receive an annual update from the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC), as well as an update from Visit Marshall County.
The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the City Building, located at 124 N. Michigan Street. Attendees are asked to use the Garro Street entrance.
For residents unable to attend in person, the meeting will be streamed live online via the City of Plymouth's YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/@CityofPlymouth.
