Plymouth Police arrested two on January 17th.
On Saturday, January 17th, at approximately 12:38 a.m., a Plymouth Police Officer stopped to check on a vehicle that had pulled onto the shoulder of Hoham Drive near Western Avenue. The vehicle appeared to be stuck in the snow and was attempting to maneuver its way back onto the road to resume travel.
After making contact with the driver, Syndie Lee Finn, 56, of North Port, FL, the officer began an investigation for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. The officer determined that Finn had been intoxicated while driving the vehicle. She was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and booked in for OVWI.
Saturday afternoon at 1 o’clock, Plymouth Police located Robert Blevins, 47, of Plymouth in the Briarwood Subdivision. Blevins had an active warrant for his arrest through Marshall County.
Blevins was taken into custody without incident and transported to the County Jail.
