The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meet tonight at 7 and 7:30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall.
The Plan Commission will consider a resolution amending the list of projects in one of the city’s TIF Districts. The project must conform to the city's Comprehensive Plan.
The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the variance request of Ed and Linda Langfeldt to reduce the minimum lot size from a half-acre to .34 of an acre at 1854 West Jefferson Street.
Mike and Joyce Relos are seeking a variance of use to permit a multi-family development of 32 to 40 units at the intersection of State Road 17 and Overmyer Drive. They are also seeking a variance of development standard to reduce the front yard setback from 60 feet to 15 feet on two parcels.
