Plymouth Plan Commission & BZA meetings Tuesday

The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Tuesday evening at 7 and 7:30 in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the second floor.

The Plan Commission has a case seeking a minor subdivision of a 2.24-acre parcel at 10869 Oliver Trail. Julie Harrell and Carol and Jeff Beatty are seeking the property split.

The BZA has four cases on its agenda. Scott and Sharon Cooper are seeking a variance for a 2-foot side yard setback to build an addition at 329 Ewing Street.

Enterprise Holding LLC from Bristol, IN will request a variance of use for an indoor climate-controlled self-storage facility at 320 Kingston Road in a commercial zoning district.

Sheri Stewart needs a variance for a 2-foot side yard setback for an already constructed 12x20 storage building on skids at 12563 Emerald Court south of Plymouth.

Harman Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a variance to have up to 8 signs and increase the total square footage of the signs to 300 square feet for the new business at 101 South Michigan Street in the commercial downtown zoning district.
