Representatives from Habitat for Humanity of Marshall County will seek a replat of lots 30, 31,32, and 37 in the Neidlinger Park Planned Unit Development, a traditional residential district, from the Plymouth Plan Commission on Tuesday evening.
The Plan Commission will also hear a proposal to amend a portion of the City of Plymouth's zoning ordinance, as recommended by the Comprehensive Plan subcommittee.
The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals will meet with three cases after the Plan Commission meeting. Junior and Dania Hernandez, 1820 Hope Boulevard, are seeking a variance of development standards to have a zero-foot front setback for a porch that was built without a permit.
Robert and Lynn Kadlec at 12781 Woodbury Drive want a variance of development standards for a five-foot west side yard setback to build a garage and the Bowen Center at 2904 Miller Drive is seeking a variance of development standards to add an additional wall sign of 31’ 1” wide and 3.4’ tall at their new location along U.S. 30 in a C-3 Corridor Commercial District.
The Plymouth Plan Commission meeting begins at 7, and the BZA is to start at 7:30. Both meetings are held in the second-floor meeting room of the City Building and streamed live using Teams.
