Construction of phase III of the Greenway Trail through River Park Square will begin in early June.
Plymouth Park Superintendent Mike Hite told the Park Board that the goal is to have the project completed by July 4, the first Mayor’s Summer of Music concert series.
Hite said the drawings for the Greenway Trail Extension to Price’s Pond are out for bid. The park board will open the bids at their next meeting on May 5.

Superintendent Hite said they have turned on the water in the shelters in the parks and serviced the equipment, getting it ready for their busy season. The Pickle Ball Courts and Tennis Courts have been prepped for the season, and the park staff continues picking up leaves, limbs, and prepping for spring.
Park Maintenance Director Dave Cooper worked with the Plymouth Community School Corporation and the high school’s Building Trades Class to build a dugout at the Girls Diamond in Centennial Park.
