A 33-year-old Milroy, IN man faces operating while intoxicated charges after being stopped for speeding on Wednesday evening.
Traffic Stop and Investigation
Deputy Hollopeter with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle near the intersection of Western Avenue and Pilgrim Lane in Plymouth at approximately just before 9 p.m. on Thursday, December 4th.
Through the investigation, the officer determined that the driver, Mitchell W. Columbe, 33, was intoxicated.
Columbe was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a charge of operating while intoxicated, endangering a person, as a class A misdemeanor. His bond was set at $1,505.
