A Plymouth man was arrested late Friday night on an intimidation charge following a report of threats and harassment.
Plymouth Police officers responded to 1060 Lincolnway East at approximately 11:00 p.m. on January 10th for a report of intimidation and harassment.
Officers interviewed both parties involved in the incident and determined that a threat had been communicated.
Robert McKee, 38, of the Lincolnway East address in Plymouth, was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail.
McKee was charged with intimidation and is being held on a $500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
