The owner of United Life Care Ambulance Service in Robinson appeared in court on Tuesday afternoon for an arraignment.
Jennifer Hargrave is charged with two Class A misdemeanor battery charges. Hargrave is accused of striking and unnecessarily restraining a teen patient while on the way to a local hospital on August 30.
Hargrave is scheduled to be back in court on December 4 for a pretrial conference. It is possible a trial date will be scheduled on that date.
