Site preparation is continuing for the planned construction of a new apartment complex in Vincennes.
Dirt work is currently being done by contractors at the site for Bierhaus Flats to be located on Bierhaus Boulevard near Kohls for the official project groundbreaking next Monday June 16th at 10 a.m. ET.
The three-story complex will include 240 apartments when completed with the rents based upon market rates.
The project is part of an effort to construct new, affordable housing in the city of Vincennes for local residents and also those moving in from surrounding area.
