Three movies are on tap this week at The REES Theatre in historic downtown Plymouth.
On Wednesday, at 2 p.m. it’s the Seasoned Citizens Matinee and the showing of “Cocoon.” Directed by Ron Howard, the Oscar-winner stars Wilford Brimley, Don Ameche, Hume Cronyn, Jessica Tandy and Maureen Stapleton.
Cocoon is rated PG13, Adults tickets are $5 and those 55+ receive a non-alcoholic drink and popcorn with their ticket purchase.
Friday night is Date Night with “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” at 7:30. This 2023 movie stars Chris Pine, Daisy Head, Michelle Rodriguez, Hugh Grant, and Bradley Cooper and is rated PG13. Adults 18 & older are welcome to spend their Friday night at the REES. Tickets are just $5.
The Sunday Family Matinee on May 12th, Mother’s Day is “Toy Story,” rated G. This Pixar classic stars Tom Hanks as Woody and Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear. Adult tickets are $5 and Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult.
Tickets to all events are the REES are available online at reestheatre.com; at Fernbaugh’s Jewelry in downtown Plymouth; and at the door 45 minutes before the show.
