Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the area of Taco Bell on North Michigan Street for a moving domestic battery that was called in by an off-duty Officer on May 29th
While Officers were en route, they were advised that the vehicle had pulled into the McDonald's Drive-Thru. City officers located the parties involved in the domestic battery.
A female, who was sitting in the passenger seat, was seen by the off-duty officer hitting the male party that was driving the vehicle and causing him to drive all over the roadway and about hitting the off-duty officer's vehicle.
The female was identified as Jennifer Sanderson, 48, of Monterey.
Ms. Sanderson was placed under arrest for domestic battery and transported to Marshall County Jail. She was held on a $500 cash bond.
