Taking place at 519 S Harrison St., Shelbyville, the celebration will be open to the public all day with programming that bridges tradition and community engagement.

Children and families will be delighted by the work of the Shelby Art Guild Association, a vibrant collective of community artists whose creative face-painting talents turn young faces into dazzling canvases of imagination.
