Members of the Marshall County Drug Task Force (DTF) arrested three individuals on Tuesday, September 3rd, one near the Brass Rail and the other two near the county courthouse.
At about 1:15, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force, assisted by Plymouth Police, located and arrested 42-year-old Brandon Meisner of Bremen near the Brass Rail in Plymouth. Mr. Meisner was transported to the Marshall County Jail for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 2 felony and dealing in methamphetamine as a level 3 felony.

The motorcycle he was riding was taken into custody and transported to the Plymouth P.D.
Meisner is currently being held on a $50,000 cash bond, and new charges will be forthcoming.

Officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force, assisted by Plymouth Police, located and arrested 52-year-old Todd Hall of Warsaw for an outstanding warrant near the Marshall County Courthouse.
Hall was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
He was later released after posting a $1,500 cash bond.

Officers also located and arrested 33-year-old Anthony Kring of Plymouth for an outstanding warrant near the courthouse.
King was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for visiting a common nuisance.
He was later released after posting a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
