PARKE COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) - Deputies were called to the scene of a trespassing complaint where a vehicle was located and found to be stuck in a waterway. The truck was located south of County Road 700 south._x000D_ _x000D_ When deputies arrived, 49-year-old Steven R. Branson was also located in the water. Branson was suffering from severe hypothermia and frostbite resulting in his transfer to a local hospital for treatment. Trespassing charges are still pending review.
