The Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) will host it's annual meeting this month. It is scheduled for Tuesday February 20th at the Central Christian Church Activity Center in Lawrenceville. Registration will begin at 5:30 p.m. and a buffet dinner will start at 6 p.m. The meeting will follow with the election of three members of the Board of Directors. Among the highlights will be the naming of the Wildlife Manager of the Year, Conservationist of the Year and Friend of the Lawrence County SWCD. Tickets are on sale at $10 per person.
