The Lawrence County Board is looking for a qualified individual to fill the vacant position of Animal Control Warden.
Duties include capturing and impounding stray animals, providing food, water, and general care to sheltered animals, maintaining and cleaning of the animal control facility, coordinating animal control functions and activities within county municipalities and perform various office duties.
Applications can be submitted in person or by mail to the office of the Lawrence County Clerk, Lawrence County Courthouse, 1100 State Street, Lawrenceville Illinois 62439. Office hours are from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Applications can also be sent via e-mail to the county clerk at wgibson@lawrencecounty.gov. The deadline to receive applications is Tuesday, February 10th at 4 p.m.
