The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Lawrence W. Gordon Jr., 59, Galveston, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and Monticello Road and later released on his own recognizance. 
• James R. Warfield, 40, Indianapolis, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years old and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 500 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
