The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Sarah E. Culp, 39, Kokomo, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of paraphernalia. She was picked up at the Tipton County Jail and held on a $100 cash bond.

• Joseph R. Malott, 31, Peru, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of illegal taking of a wild animal.
