The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Mark A. Barber Jr., 32, 9461 Sycamore Bend, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated-endangerment and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 5761 N. 675 West, where he was found sitting next to a moped, and later released on his own recognizance.

• Nathaniel H. Fox, 39, 117 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of battery. He was taken into custody at the jail and held without bond.

• Shane Hunter Koehler-Davis, 19, Skokie, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of altering gun identification. He was taken into custody by state police along U.S. 31 near County Road 700 North and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.
