The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Jason A. Price, 42, 897 Fortna Drive, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody by state police at Park Road and Zebra Lane and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Joseph Noah, 63, Culver, was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated-endangerment. He was taken into custody with Price and later released on his own recognizance.

• Michael E. Williams, 51, Fort Wayne, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was picked up at the Allen County Jail and held without bond.

• Lamontraye T. Gaines, 29, Grand Rapids, Mich., was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Justin R. Monroe, 33, Wabash, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was picked up at the Noble County Jail and held without bond.
