The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Ricky A. Snelling Jr., 36, 3171 E. 400 North, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 2183 W. 500 North after allegedly refusing to leave and threatening a property owner by pointing a firearm at them. He was held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.

• Joshua R. Tamburro, 29, Bremen, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Road 331 and 25 and held without bond.
