The following were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Marcia L. Keister, 61, 1407 Main St., Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of public intoxication and refusal to identify self. She was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at Old U.S. 31 and County Road 300 South and later released on her own recognizance.

• Carmen M. Mathias, 44, 3434 E. 400 South, Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, causing endangerment, and public intoxication. She was taken into custody by state police alongside Keister and later released on her own recognizance.

• Jesse J. Minick, 38, 105 W. Brown St., Fulton, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, resisting law enforcement and criminal trespass. He was taken into custody by city police at Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, which he allegedly returned to after being issued a no trespassing warning the previous day. He is held without bond.

• Matthew R. Reasoner, 36, 1307 Madison St., Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with nonsupport of a dependent child. He was taken into custody by sheriff’s deputies at 1590 E. 350 North and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
