The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Douglas S. Howard, 34, Plymouth, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment, possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and Sweetgum Road and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Lee S. Williams, 51, South Bend, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years. She was picked up at the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Ryley A. Williams, 35, 1572 E. 600 South, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with probation revocation on an original charge of driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. He was taken into custody at the jail and held without bond.

• Christopher J. Huch, 28, Alton, Ill., was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass. He was taken into custody by city police at Quality Inn, 289 McDonald Drive, and held without bond.

• Charlene R. Langley, 45, 1116 Madison St., Apt. B, Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction within 10 years. She was taken into custody at the jail and held on a $150 cash bond.
