After a year that resulted in the arrest of 499 individuals for crimes against children, the rescue of 126 children from ongoing abuse, and the receipt of thousands of new investigative tips, Indiana Governor Mike Braun is emphasizing the ongoing success of the Indiana State Police’s initiative aimed at protecting Hoosier children from online predators and abuse.

“Nothing is more important than keeping Hoosier kids safe. Indiana State Police are building on their success last year saving children from abuse and putting child predators behind bars,” said Gov. Braun.
Through the ICAC Task Force, Indiana State Police and their local partners were able to put hundreds of child predators behind bars in 2025.
