WEST CENTRAL Indiana (DLC Media) - Today is the day when Terre Haute and much of the Wabash Valley will experience a total solar eclipse in the middle of the afternoon.
According to INDOT there are 12 million people in the path of totality not including tourists. Because of this preparation has been important for roadway safety.
