The 168th Indiana State Fair wrapped up its 2025 season just one week ago with a final attendance was 854,977.
That represents a slight increase over the 2024 attendance of 854,236.
“The Indiana State Fair is a shining example of Hoosier hospitality, showcasing the heart of our state — our people, our agriculture, and our deep-rooted traditions,” said Governor Mike Braun. “I had the pleasure of visiting the fairgrounds several times this year, and it was incredible to see so many Hoosiers coming together to enjoy the music, food, and festivities. Events like the state fair not only celebrate our agricultural heritage but also support economic development across our state.”
Highlights of the 2025 Indiana State Fair:

“Our team is honored to deliver the 168th year of the beloved tradition of the Indiana State Fair.” said Cindy Hoye, Executive Director of the Indiana State Fair Commission. “From the moment guests step through our gates to the memories they carry home, the fair continues to showcase the very best of Indiana. It’s not only a treasured tradition, but also a celebration of our Hoosier Spirit.”
The Indiana State Fair returns August 7-23, 2026, promising fresh experiences, timeless traditions, and even more ways to celebrate all things Indiana. Headlining next year’s Fair is the brand-new exhibit, “Rewind: A VHS Revival,” an immersive throwback inspired by the wildly popular Vinyl Revival attraction. By popular demand, this interactive “movie version” will transport guests back to the golden age of VHS with nostalgia, fun, and plenty of surprises.
