State Senator Ryan Mishler (R-Mishawaka) will call Senate Bill 27, which creates the framework to establish the Northwest Indiana Stadium Authority for the possibility of bringing the Chicago Bears to northwest Indiana, during the Senate session on Thursday, Feb. 26.
Mishler, author of SB 27, filed a motion to concur today after the House of Representatives passed the legislation with widespread bipartisan support on Tuesday, Feb. 24. Mishler plans to call SB 27 tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 26, for the final vote. The Senate session is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m.
