On Wednesday, March 1st Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 400 block of North Michigan Street for an unwanted guest.
Officers located the subject at 422 N. Michigan Street, the Red D Mart. Officer Baker made contact with Richard Moses, 53, who was listed as homeless. According to the report he was highly intoxicated.
Richard refused to leave the business, so officers took him into custody for Public Intoxication. Richard Moses was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Public Intoxication.
