Looking for a Valentine’s Day plan that’s more fun than fancy? Heartland Art Center invites the community to Paint Your Person, a lighthearted, unserious Valentine’s event that celebrates creativity, laughter, and local art.
Taking place on Saturday, February 14, Paint Your Person invites couples, friends, Galentine’s groups, and anyone with a favorite person to sit across from one another and paint playful portraits — no art experience required. All painting supplies are provided, along with snacks,
The event begins at 7:00 p.m., with mingling, snacks, and drinks, followed by guided painting starting at 7:30 p.m. Guests can choose between two ticket options:
- $40 per person for painting, supplies, snacks, and music
- $50 per person for all of the above, plus champagne and chocolate
Guests are also welcome to BYOB.
In the spirit of supporting the local community, attendees who bring a receipt from a local restaurant that evening will receive $5 Gallery Cash to use in the Heartland gallery during the event.
