The Alzheimer's Association, Thrive West Central, and Putnam County Library will present a program titled "Healthy Living for Your Mind and Body" at 6 p.m. Thursday, November 13 at the Putnam County Library.
For years, we have known that the health of the brain and body are connected. Join Alzheimer's Association Community Educator and Dementia Outreach Specialist Amy Schorr to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for cognitive strength and healthy aging.
The Putnam County Public Library is located at 103 E. Poplar St., Greencastle, IN, 46135.
Healthy snacks will be provided.
