Indiana State Police initiated a criminal investigation in March after receiving information concerning allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor, child exploitation, and possession of child pornography.
The investigation revealed Alex C. Bow, 26, of Greenwood, had allegedly engaged in sexual misconduct with a minor. These allegations took place in Clay County.
After reviewing the investigation, the Clay County Prosecutor’s Office requested a warrant to be issued for Bow’s arrest. A warrant was issued by the Clay Circuit Court in June. Bow was arrested and taken into custody by Master Trooper Detective Don Curtis on the active warrant. He was transported to the Clay County Jail without incident.
Bow's charges include:
Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Level 4 Felony
Child Exploitation, Level 5 Felony (2 counts)
Possession of Child Pornography, Level 6 Felony (2 counts)
Dissemination of Matter Harmful to Minors, Level 6 Felony
Distribution of an Intimate Image, Class A Misdemeanor (2 counts)
