There has been a revamping of the executive team structure at Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) in Vincennes. Hospital President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Rob McLin has announced that Tara Ellerman will become the organization's first Chief Talent Officer. The position will deal with the growth of the hospital through recruitment, retention, employee engagement, education and the patient experience. Ellerman has been with GSH since 2017 and was most recently Executive Director of Human Resources. The role of Chief Talent officer was among 7 other hospital leadership positions who will be taking on new roles and duties to further enhance strategic growth.
