The suspect in a Gibson County (Ind.) murder has been located and formally charged.
Indiana State Police (ISP) report that 24-year-old Jonathan Fiscus of Oakland City was discovered to be incarcerated in Edgar County, Ill for an unrelated incident. He is the son of 57-year-old Brad Fiscus, found dead last week in an Oakland City residence.
He was picked up for extradition by ISP detectives and transported back to Gibson County where he was preliminarily charged with Murder. Fiscus is being held without bond in the Gibson County Jail at Princeton.
The investigation into the death remains active and no further information is being released.
